By enrolling in the Empower Consulting community and/or courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not continue with your purchase.
This is a membership website. Payments will process automatically on the schedule you selected at the time of purchase (yearly or monthly).
REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of the purchased course, such purchases cannot be “returned”. However, under Reasonable Circumstances, we do offer a full refund. "Reasonable Circumstances" means the following: Under the condition that a Customer has requested a full or partial refund due to finding the course unsatisfactory, Customer is required to submit said request for refund to [email protected], within 30 days of the purchase of the course; and furthermore, Customer must show they have given due diligence to the course via submittal of completed, written (hand or digital) required tasks of the same course. Within 30 days of such a submittal, a partial or full refund will be provided to the Customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you will be able to cancel any future payments as long as you do so at least 48 hours prior to the next payment processing date. We cannot guarantee your cancellation request will be processed in time if it occurs within 48 hours of the billing date. The billing process is automated, but the cancellation process must be handled manually.
There will be no partial (or prorated) refunds on monthly OR annual payments. Cancellations will be effective on the last day of the customer’s billing cycle.
